Description
A single replacement roller with a non-stick HDPE shell, a sealed bearing cartridge and a square shaft end that drops straight into standard idler brackets. Used in carrying and return positions on sand, gravel, cement, quarry and port conveyor belts where steel rollers rust, stick or seize. Standard diameters 89–152 mm, lengths 190–600 mm, supplied individually or as sets.

Advantages
- Ready stock in Saudi Arabia — standard diameters and lengths ship from our local warehouse, not from a container schedule.
- Fast response — send a size list and a photo; quotation and specification usually the same working day, with 7×24 support.
- Failure diagnosis, not just supply — we trace why the same roller keeps failing: idler spacing, belt alignment, trough angle, worn bracket hooks.
- Material chosen by duty — HDPE, UHMWPE or steel selected by temperature, abrasion and impact, with the limits stated instead of hidden.
- In-house manufacturing — shell thickness, bearing fit, seal assembly and shaft end machining under our own control, so quality and lead time are not guesswork.
- Colour-coded, position-labelled packing — the crew installs straight from the crate, no part-number matching in poor light.
- Non-standard built to drawing — bracket spacing and shaft ends matched to your frame, so no modification on site.
- Stock planning support — recommended spare list and seasonal replenishment, so the right size is on the shelf before the failure stops the line.
Company Advantages
Localized Service Advantages in Saudi Arabia
- Local roller warehouse in Saudi Arabia with ready stock of the most-used diameters and lengths
- Standard sizes shipped from stock, so a seized roller does not wait for a container
- Shortened lead times that directly cut conveyor downtime at quarry, mining and industrial sites
- Practical understanding of Saudi working conditions: abrasive sand, high ambient temperature, coastal humidity and salt air
- Familiar with the procurement standards, vendor registration and documentation processes of large enterprises and major projects
Fast Response & Technical Support
- 7×24 technical support for conveyor idler and roller issues
- Fast quotation against a simple size and quantity list, usually the same working day
- On-site installation guidance and technical support during planned shutdowns
- Emergency supply of failed rollers, including mixed-size kits, to shorten unplanned stoppages
- Remote diagnosis from photos or a short video: shell wear, bearing noise, tracking problems and bracket condition
Professional Roller Replacement & Failure Diagnosis
- On-site roller replacement support for planned maintenance windows
- Failure analysis covering shell wear, bearing seizure, seal ingress, worn bracket hooks and belt misalignment
- Idler spacing, alignment and trough angle checks to stop the same failure repeating
- Bearing and seal renewal for steel rollers where the shell is still serviceable
- Colour-coded roller kits by conveyor position, so the crew picks the right roller without reading a part number
Strong Technical & Process Capabilities
- Controlled shell production: HDPE wall thickness and steel shell weld quality held to drawing
- Bearing fit, seal assembly and shaft end machining checked before packing
- Material knowledge: HDPE, UHMWPE and steel matched to temperature, abrasion and impact instead of price alone
- Selection support: diameter, length, shaft end and idler spacing worked out from your belt width, speed and material
- Extensive practical experience in mining, quarry and bulk material handling
Experienced Professional Team
- Team with years of experience in conveyor systems and idler components
- Strong expertise in roller selection, belt tracking and wear diagnosis
- In-depth understanding of the Saudi market and the pain points that cause repeat roller failures
- Reliable solutions for high-temperature, heavy-load and continuous operation, including the cases where polymer rollers must give way to steel
Cost Advantages from In-House Manufacturing
- Own manufacturing factory with stable production capacity for standard and non-standard rollers
- Cost control across shell, bearing and frame, passed on as competitive pricing
- Stable product quality with lead times we control rather than resell
- Integrated service system covering production through after-sales replacement support
Customer-Centric Long-Term Cooperation Philosophy
- Customized solutions: diameters, lengths, shaft ends, trough angles and shell colours built to your drawing
- A recommended stock list based on your actual conveyor fleet, reviewed each season
- Support aimed at reducing downtime, extending belt life and stabilising production
- Long-term cooperation and continuous service support rather than a one-off shipment
Spare Parts & Stock Planning
- Scheduled replenishment or consignment stock for the sizes you consume most
- Position-labelled packing so a crate can be opened at the conveyor, not at the store
- Roller life records per conveyor, so replacements are planned before a failure stops the line
FAQ
01 Q: Do you hold stock in Saudi Arabia?
A: Yes. Our local warehouse carries the most-used roller diameters and lengths, so standard sizes ship from stock rather than waiting for a container. Sizes outside that list are produced to order at our own factory. Send your size list and we will confirm what is available today.
02 Q: How quickly can I get a quotation and a delivery date?
A: A quotation needs four numbers: diameter, length, shaft end and quantity. With those we normally quote within one working day and confirm the delivery date at the same time — stock items immediately, production items against the factory schedule.
03 Q: The same roller keeps failing at one conveyor. Can you help?
A: Usually the roller is not the cause. A repeat failure at the same position points to idler spacing, belt misalignment, a worn bracket hook, material build-up under the belt, or a diameter that is too small for the load. Send photos of the failed roller and the bracket, and we will look at the position rather than only quoting a replacement.
04 Q: Should I choose HDPE or steel rollers?
A: HDPE for wet, dusty, sticky or corrosive duty up to about 60 °C, where the shell cannot rust and material does not build up on the face. Steel for hot clinker, heavy impact at the load point, and combustible dust areas where a conductive roller is required. If you are unsure, tell us the material, the belt width and the working temperature.
05 Q: Can you make non-standard sizes?
A: Yes. Diameter, length, shaft end and bracket spacing can be built to your drawing, which matters on plants where the frames were fabricated locally rather than to a published standard. A dimensioned sketch, or a photo with a tape measure held against the bracket, is enough to start.
06 Q: What is your minimum order and lead time?
A: Both depend on size and quantity. Stock sizes can go out as single units for an emergency stoppage; production runs are quoted per order. Send the list and we confirm MOQ and delivery in the same quotation.
07 Q: Do you supply rollers only, or complete sets?
A: Both. Replacement rollers for restocking a wear part, and complete sets with the galvanized frame and brackets. Frames are normally reused unless they are bent, because a distorted frame will fail the new rollers.
08 Q: Do you support installation?
A: We provide installation guidance and technical support during planned shutdowns, covering correct seating in the bracket hooks, trough angle alignment, and a tracking check after the first loaded shift.
09 Q: Can you manage our spare parts stock?
A: For regular customers we prepare a recommended spare list per conveyor, review it each season, and can arrange scheduled replenishment or consignment stock for the sizes consumed fastest. Rollers are packed and labelled by conveyor position so the crew installs from the crate.
10 Q: Which industries do you serve in Saudi Arabia?
A: Quarries and aggregate plants, cement and concrete batching, mining and ore handling, port bulk terminals, fertilizer and chemical bulk, and recycling lines — mainly sites where dust, heat and abrasive material shorten the life of steel rollers.
