The site implemented a "segmented splicing process" and "precision temperature control system": On one hand, gradual segment-by-segment splicing ensured uniform vulcanization across all joints; on the other hand, high-precision temperature control equipment monitored vulcanization temperatures in real-time (maintaining precise control within 145±2°C range) to prevent rubber performance degradation caused by temperature fluctuations. After rigorous testing, the joints achieved a strength exceeding 92%, fully meeting the cement industry's stringent requirements for high dust exposure, intense impact, and continuous 24-hour operation.
