BEDROCK Completes Installation of Specialized Conveyor Belt for Dammam Mixing Station, Enhancing Customer Operational Efficiency with Technical Solutions

He emphasized that the most critical and technically demanding phase involved manufacturing conveyor belt joints. BEDROCK's engineering team employed advanced hot vulcanization technology, applying multi-layer adhesive bonding and high-temperature high-pressure curing processes to ensure joint strength exceeding 92% of the original belt's durability. This design ensures the joints will last nearly as long as the original belt in actual operation, significantly reducing failure risks from joint fractures in later stages.
