We provided a customized conveyor belt solution for a quarry in Dubai, UAE, effectively solving the material conveying problems in harsh environments.

Project Overview

The quarry is mainly engaged in limestone mining, crushing and aggregate conveying, with a conveying distance of about 200 meters. The daily temperature on site is 40-50℃, with slight salt fog. Ordinary conveyor belts are prone to aging and damage, affecting production efficiency.
